neither the GenI or the GenII Insight were EV's. They weren't even plugins.

A Gen-1 Insight was the first and last fuel efficient car Wayne ever owned (or so I understand.) The rest have been his 'demos' about his curious style of driving.

He has a pattern of 'borrowing' a Prius when demonstrating the superiority of his style of driving.

If one of his fan- boys can post proof that he has or owns a Prius, I will be happy to apologize.

There was a manual Accord in his Cleanmpg sig for awhile. The only car I'm aware his family owns is a PiP.

Will be very interesting to see how Bolt and Prius Prime sell through 2017. Will Prime stand up to Volt? Now's the time to start proving it.

Couple days ago local paper had back to back full page ads for Bolt. I've seen them before too.

Uh, I put my bet on Prius Prime so I am not an impartial voice. But I've had a BMW i3-REx since the end of May.

My wife, her two dogs and I have driven 700 miles to and from Stillwater OK in a BMW i3-REx. The Prius Prime looks to handle the cross-country requirement yet provide EV when we get there.

I see no reason why the Prime can't do as well as the Volt.
