Dealer problems - can not get order processed

    It's too bad the dealership closer to home (El Cajon Toyota, "Your Green Dealer") couldn't figure this program out, but the sales staff I talked to there seemed absolutely clueless. To the point that I was telling THEM about the program. Someone at that dealership had to push the "confirm" button, but they apparently neglected to tell anyone else. Their loss.
