Dead 12 V Battery

    After powering up the call, hold down the info button next to the MFD. Turn on and then off the lights 3 times. The MFD will display a diagnostic type screen. I can't remember which soft button it is, but one of them will show you the voltage from the auxilliary battery. The upper left voltage is what I have been refering to.

    No they did not/could not/would not explain their actions, even when I prompted them.
