Cracked Screen on Navigation System

    We had the same issue and the crack has now become a huge spidery mess in our console. The car isn't even four years old and Toyota refuses to cover it. They asked us to pay $4600 to replace the navigation system. I called my attorney.

    Such escalation usually results in you losing. They are not obligated to do anything once you pass your warranty period. And for the cost of 15 minutes of a lawyer's time you can replace the screen for yourself.
