Cool Chicks with Black Priuses/Prii

Hi! My name is Marie and I became a cool chick with a black prius LAST night! We went to the local Toyota dealer "to look" Monday night....our car came in to the dealership yesterday! I LOVE it.....Black was not my first choice but I got greedy and didn't want to wait...so we chose this one.....It is package #2. This weekend my DH will put my sirius radio in it....I will be fine till then with my mp3 player! Looking forward to reading back on the thread and getting to know some of you! :humble:

Where in Illinois are you located??, How did you get so lucky to just be able to walk into a dealership and have a Prius just ready and waiting for you??, WOW,, You are extremely lucky and I am sure very happy right now.

I can be an auxiliary member. I own one - but rarely drive it. (Dh does)

 

I live in the Joliet area. I know we lucked out! I couldn't believe it. My dealership had just found out 2 more were on their way to them and had the vin #s for them....so I scooped one up.

 

I will try to take one tomorrow....a girl at work has her camera most times....

Good morning!
I was a cool chick without a black prius for the first half of the week but am now driving it again! My DH was driving it but now he got plates and is working on his motorcycle. It is up and running and he is driving it. We will really begin to see the fuel $$ savings....I think his motorcycle gets about 40 mpg! So far I am averaging 50mpg in my car.

Actually....I'm considering defecting.

I might order a 2009 Spectra Blue Mica/gray interior and sell my black Prius because it has HOV stickers and I can cash in while the cashing in is good.
