Check how the sticker on the cylinder tank brake booster. If the label along the axis/parallel, it is old, if it is wraping around the cylinder circumstance, it is the revised version.
The hybrid battery last much longer in mild weather or garage parked car. European gets 10-15 years hybrid battery warranty unlimited miles for this reason. Particularly UK/Ireland that has 80% Cloudy days in a year.

AC compressor is DIY friendly, i did it by myself and it is relatively easy job. Just buy new hoses, vacuum pump, and pure R345A and Hybrid AC ND11 Oil, total equipment and supply is less than$150. Just get the cheapest original compressor and seals.
Head gasket is relatively low on 2014 and up. Some mobile shops charge about $1000 especially if you live in east coast with many Priuses.
The head gasket in Europe is not known issues, probably because they use E5 not E10 and Super gasoline AKI 90 instead of 87 Regular. Less detonation or pinging/knocking risk with higher octane gasoline.

Yep. This is like asking people at a doctor's office how often sickness occurs in the general population.

I see maybe 50 Toyota hybrids a year- out of a total of 2500 - 3000 cars total. Over the past 4 years, there's been a couple wheel bearings (WAY fewer than Subaru), 1 stolen cat (gen3), 2 inverter coolant pumps, 4 3-way valves (Gen2), 1 noisy transmission (Gen3 @ 230k), 3 CM cap repairs (Gen2).

No brake actuators, no HV battery failures (except on my 2006), a couple A/C repairs (condensers), no head gaskets. Maybe 3-4 ignition related misfire diagnostics.
