it agree, "it" "can" end. but 'will' 'it' end? 'it' has been happening at least since the beginning of recorded history. i should ask the mod to move this into the airplane section of the environmental thread
Absent (to my knowledge) from college entrance applications is disclosure of any other party who assisted in application prep. Kids would sign that. Disclosing all details would be good - it would not necessarily bin an application. Revealed non disclosure would cancel acceptance. One may naturally expect people to tell the truth, but sometimes a nudge towards truth is needed.
Personally, I think that prison should be (mostly) reserved for violent criminals, and for those whose deliberate actions/ inactions cause injury or death. There are just too many in prison. Parents should be fined and provide service for the community, schools should be held liable, they hired the fraudsters, and do not have policies and procedures to control it.
+1. I'm pretty sure that if the pattern holds then the 'beautiful' people will get a token jail stint, and income-adjusted fines and a some community service. Other than that. meh.
