Your coolant temperature readings seem pretty high, for this time of year, not that long of a drive. That would lend weight to the possibility that the heater system is making little or no demand for coolant. In other words, coolant not getting to the heater radiator.

 

Here's an excerpt from 2010 Repair Manual, the section on the heat/vent system. Maybe there's enough similarities to help you. This may require trip to dealership though.
