    I just applied for SINEP with the NYS DMV. I did it online and it was approved but we'll have to see if it all goes through. They charged my credit card. My friend is getting ANIGAV.

    I too have a "personalized" plate that is car-color specific. Rather than taking a chance at pi**ing anybody off with what they might construe as being an overtly or covertly "smug" remark ... our "Classic Silver" 2008's plate simply reads "MITHRIL" ....
