Chrome Pillars and Chrome Door Handles

Ok, It's been awhile, but I finally mounted the handles and took a picture. I'm happy with the result!

Did you have to add more auto foam tape to the short pieces like I had to?

 

Hi Boo, yes, I did add the extra tape per your suggestion on 3 of the 4 small pieces...one of the small pieces didn't need it. I didn't realize it until I had mounted the longer pieces, and then saw that the smaller piece was noticeably sticking out further on one of the handles. I carefully pried it off and remounted it with only a single thickness of tape, and it was fine.

So, I think I'm all done with my appearance mods. Now I don't have to worry about finding my car in the parking lot if there is more than one silver prius there! However, maybe I could get some flame decals...:nono:
