Cause of lower glove box rattle - REVEALED!

    You're welcome! As I find other solutions to common tick noises, rattles, etc., I will post them. I think I solved the rattle in my passenger seat, but I need to road-test it some more to be sure.

    isn't this just amazing, about this car. i have never owned such a rattletrap pos in my life. i have never had to buy a plastic dashboard tool kit or analyze where a rattle or squeak is coming from in any of my cars. believe me when i say i have had numerous vehicles. i simply can't stand to be in this or drive this car. i consider it my wife's now. i'll stick w/ my 09 honda civic...

    I had an awful rattling coming from the lower glove compartment. Instead of breaking it open, I used windex to clean any oily residue from the surfaces, and I applied some felt tape in some nooks and crannies. No more rattling!
