The original Venza is about the length of the last gen Camry so it’s a midsize vehicle. No official launch date (I mean, it hasn’t even been officially announced, just rumoured). My guess is 2021.
A Canadian vehicle imported to the States would be displaying fuel economy in liter per 100 km, no way to switch that, like the speedometer. What else, maybe km's to empty, if you're interested in that?
