    are those stickers actually sold?

    if so, how much they go for?

    say, if i found someone who wants to seel me sticker off their car -- can i purchase sticker from them and then register it with DMV?

    They should do it like AZ....get a special blue plate with clouds...no sticker needed

    The only way to buy them is to buy them with the used car they are legally registered to...and keep them on that car.
