    when i was a kid, we traveled some pretty good tunnels thru West Virginia and Pennsylvania. so ya, with money, nearly anything can be done.

    OK your in charge of fixing my gas mileage by getting them to bore a tunnel thru that lump on Boundary Road. Oh and do it fast I'm retiring in May.
