So there is a wiring issue, front brakes and rotters(rusted),
Then they found a leak in water pump and transmission oil to be replaced.
I gav3 the oK in 10 years I’ve only replaced the brakes, some oil changes
And tires so the $2000 this is going to cost....

Wanted to add to this thread in hopes it helps someone. Background:

We've owned this 2005 Prius for approx 4 years now. Bought it with 180k on it. It now has 214k. No work had been done on it in the past few months. We've just been driving it. My son was driving it the other day and suddenly Brake, VSC and ABS lights all came on. He didn't run over anything. We could not correlate this to any causational event.

I couldn't pull any codes using my OBDII app on my phone so ordered a Topdon Phoenix Lite 2. This enabled me to pull the codes. First pass it showed the following list of codes:

C0371 Yaw Rate Sensor Output Signal
C1241 Low Battery Positive Voltage or Abnormally High Battery Positive Voltage
C1242 Open Circuit in IG1/IG2 Power Source Circuit
    C1256 ACCumulator Low Pressure
C1271 Low Output Signal of Front Speed Sensor RH
C1272 Low Output Signal of Front Speed Sensor LH
C1273 Low Output Signal of Rear Speed Sensor RH
C1274 Low Output Signal of Rear Speed Sensor LH
C1275 Abnormal Change in Output Signal of Front Speed Sensor RH
C1276 Abnormal Change in Output Signal of Front Speed Sensor LH
C1277 Abnormal Change in Output Signal of Rear Speed Sensor RH
C1278 Abnormal Change in Output Signal of Rear Speed Sensor LH
C1281 Master Cylinder Pressure Sensor Output Signal is Faulty
C1346 Stroke Sensor Zero Point Learning
C1391 Abnormal Leak of ACC Pressure

I cleared the codes and re-read them and was left with the following:
C0371 Yaw Rate Sensor Output Signal
C1271 Low Output Signal of Front Speed Sensor RH
C1272 Low Output Signal of Front Speed Sensor LH
C1273 Low Output Signal of Rear Speed Sensor RH
C1274 Low Output Signal of Rear Speed Sensor LH
C1275 Abnormal Change in Output Signal of Front Speed Sensor RH
C1276 Abnormal Change in Output Signal of Front Speed Sensor LH
C1277 Abnormal Change in Output Signal of Rear Speed Sensor RH
C1278 Abnormal Change in Output Signal of Rear Speed Sensor LH
C1281 Master Cylinder Pressure Sensor Output Signal is Faulty
C1346 Stroke Sensor Zero Point Learning

After searching and reading, my suspicions led me to think that the issue was the Yaw Rate Sensor. I went to a local wrecking yard and pulled one from a wrecked Prius, paid $50 for it and brought it home. Voila!

All the codes immediately cleared and the car is back to normal.
