    Why not the heavy duty one? it's the same price as the medium duty one.

    I can do anything else to support the block. The outlet is pretty high. Chest level.

    A similar 10-ft 12/3 cord with a lighted end (which indicates that the power is on) is available from Amazon:

    There is also a shorter 6-foot version available:


    12-guage wire is the same size as is used for most 20-amp 120-volt circuits and therefore the cord should have no problem handling the 12 amperes which the Prime's OEM charger draws.

    I keep three of these cords in a bag in my Prime. They have been invaluable on many occasions when there was an outlet available but it was not adjacent to where I could park.

    Although this is an old discussion thread, I figured that I'd offer the information anyway.

    Not sure if you are asking how to support the brick. At least, Toyota OEM EVSE comes with two eyelets on the brick that you can use to hook it on the wall. The hook and hanger wire loop do not come with the EVSE, but it can be an easy DIY.
