Min: minimum observed value. Max: maximum observed value. % Time @ Min V: time percentage the given block was the lowest of the battery; high values may indicate a weak block. Bias: difference from the highest block. Local Delta: how much a block differs from its immediate neighbors.
I have used % Time and first grabbed all the those weak packs. Then I charged them fully, connected to my headlight bulb for certain amount of time for each cell. Then measured the cells. Removed the worst ones and replaced with newly bought batteries. Charged all batteries to full then packed them back in the car. Does reconditioning the battery mean drain to 6v and recharge them to full several times?
The Smarter Financial Investment Don't waste your money on refurbished or remanufactured batteries. The only real solution to repair your Toyota Prius Hybrid Battery is to replace the entire pack. Anything else is a temporary band-aid, akin to playing the game whack-a-mole. Why spend the same money to put in used modules inside a refurbished pack instead of buying new modules from us? LOL REALLY ? Mine are going strong at 7.5 years 138,375 miles later after I reconditioned them and replaced the few that were bad it was a lot less than the price these guys want, under 100 bucks and my time.
