    Not that the existing circuitry can provide a large draw, but wouldn't there necessarily be a need for step down transformers? After all, many street lights run on 277V ..... presuming slow/overnight L1 charging?

    Yeah, I'm thinking the solar/wind only charge up the battery. Other lamp post chargers are deployed to provide overnight charging for those without access to it at home. The battery allows this to do some faster charging.

    The site only has renderings of the charger. Don't expect much technical info from them.
    Maybe not for Europe, where residential supply is three phases, and the plug ins have chargers for that.

    Welp, I asked for the installation guide and owners manual. I got nothing. This suggests that they don't exist, which in turn suggests that at this point the beamspot is just a fantasy. It's a pity.:(
