I am glad it worked out for you. I REALLY wanted it to work out for me and gave them 50 chances. They are located about 2 miles from my office, I bought my other Prius from them, and I get my service work done there. Too bad they wouldn't stop with the games since it would have been a perfect fit. I will still get my service done there and I do recommend their service department. I just don't like the selling games they are into.
I ordered my Prius from R&H Toyota on Reisterstown Road. Generally, it was a good experience. The salesperson I had wasn't pushy or obnoxious. On the other hand, I had difficulty getting him to return phone calls. At purchase, I was taken to an aftermarket salesperson and then to the finance manager for the expected warranty and maintenance discussions. Both were courteous and low-pressure in their pitches.
Just picked up my V from Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg. Had a great experience with Harry (Harcharan Dahal). He was very good at keeping in touch by phone and email as to when my car would be available. It actually came in sooner than expected. He also took care of getting the customization done on my car right away before I picked up the car. He did not have much notice as naturally I wanted to pick it up soon . I had the reverse beeping changed to single and several other customizations-no charge for the service. I would highly recommend him. Fitzgeralds # is 888-921-0300/301 921-0300. Ask for Harry!

I was probably remiss in not mentioning my trade-in situation in my earlier post. I started out by going to Carmax to get their offer on my old car before going to other dealers. When I came to R&H, they offered me about 30% less than Carmax. I also had two private buyers potentially interested in the car, so I told R&H not to bother with it since they weren't coming near even the Carmax price. For what it's worth, the salesman I dealt with told me that they rely heavily on a book of car market prices (which was obviously not the KBB ). He didn't try to up the offer to put the trade-in back on the table, so we just concentrated on the new car.
