My '12 with 120k is still running flawless. Basically no oil consumption.

201 mpg with about 1200 miles on current tank, but it's a Plug-in so that doesn't say much.

Hey, I appreciate the advice. I was aware of all the warnings before I started, and I totally expected pushback. But the procedure I used was very carefully thought out and executed, with Techstream hooked up for monitoring. It took most of a day, and no, I absolutely did not clog my heater core, my radiator, my thermostat, water pump, or engine block. Everything is working beautifully, and I've gone about a thousand miles now with no engine codes and no rough startups. I have a head gasket kit on hand, but thought I would try this first and see how long it lasts. I'll report back if it eventually starts to leak again. I'm happy to share the details of the procedure, but people seem to have their minds made up, and perhaps don't want to hear it! By the way, I'm not a newbie. I've been working on cars for a long time, starting with changing the clutch on my '64 Falcon, 44 years ago, dropping the tranny out in a parking lot with the front wheels up on the curb.

It's just we don't like to enable first time scammers.

Sealers often work for three or more months. Then the problem comes back and some do it again.

By the time they see the light, the engine is beyond a head gasket repair. But they don't believe it and waste money on a hg OR they punt by pouring more sealer and selling it as is to an unsuspecting buyer.
