The trip up wasn't too bad:

block speed: 66 mph
MPG: 50.2
temp: 70 F, no rain until 30 minutes out of Lexington, ~15 mph side or tail winds
note: using 2,400 rpm limit, impressive hills on I-75 between Knoxville and Lexington

The trip back wasn't so nice:

block speed: ~60-65 mph (didn't keep times)
MPG: 47.8 (includes running around Lexington and Georgtown in the cold and rain)
temp: 40 F, rain, drizzle, 20 mph head winds for 70 miles
note: partially followed 2,400 rpm limit (went cruise control lazy a couple of times)

I like your moon caps. Were those made from pizza pans? How do you hold them to the wheels?

Opps! Fixed. BTW, I mentioned to the photographer that he might take some photos of the cars in the parking lot. I have no idea if he followed up.
