    That is true for main line stores but, I am also shopping at eBay and other sources who do still have them.

    UPDATE - after a week of sending in for a replacemenet ipod and sending in my cable in for Eugene to test, I finally got it to work!

    Thanks to Eugene and Apple. Not sure who's fault it was, but its fixed, and the quality is fantasitc!
