About the Fog Light issue:

1. A legal opinion posted on the Internet maybe used in a court of law, unless ruled here say by the sitting Judge. In this sue happy world I am not about to post anything that maybe con screwed as a "Legal Opinion"!
By the way what or why would think I am not qualified?
We should all guess or assume you are qualified and well versed in Canadian Vehicle Law?

There are numerous laws that many people are not aware of, including myself.
3. Did I quote you on anything? Since I started this post, again I'll guess and say you were addressing me?

If and when I ever should happen to cross the border and enter Canada, I'll make sure I am in compliance with that Country's laws. Would you please make sure you do the same when you enter the United States?
