Judy -- Ulmus is the genus of the various Elm trees. Are there Elms in N. Ulm?

Aussie -- Thanks for the heads-up! I've tried the "Search" tool. When the word has been used, the tool lists the particular threads -- but, do you know how to find which page has the word? I mean, how did you track me down to Dec. 5?

Honest, I've used the thread search for at least the last month before posting -

And as to elms in New Ulm - I've never been there, but I imagine there were elms before the species took such a hit from disease. Most of ours in Wisconsin are gone - at least in the Milwaukee area.

 

The original (Old Ulm) is in Germany.
