Ohh, that's the assumption. Sorry, I should have explained that at the beginning. For the purposes of this game, Paris (France) and Paris (Texas) are the same. It doesn't hurt to include the country, just so we know where it is, but it doesn't make it a different place name. Paris still starts with 'P' and ends with 's'.
