5000 mile service - pleasantly surprised!

Thanks for the warning about Oakbrook Toyota. I picked up my Prius there last week, and had a good experience with the purchase, but it sounds like their service department is outrageous.

Has anyone tried Grossinger City Toyota? They used to be just west of the loop, but now they've moved to Wells and Division. It still might be convenient to drop the car off there for service, and take the El in to work.

I would like to think that they simply did not handle the labor portion of the 5000 mile service to 40D recall properly. Someone may have just not coded their time card correctly. The service manager was very positive and helpful, he most likely didnt have the time to research the specific time card. Stuff happens and he did take care of the problem.
