50% EV and 50% HV

It doesn't pro-rate. In fact, once I begin charging it will charge me for a full hour even if I pull the charger off immediately!

The charger is a Clipper Creek unit, the electronic interface is from Liberty and the payment system is run by MobileNow.

I spoke to MobileNow and they said that the per hour rate is chosen by the owner of the charging station. In my case the owner doesn't know anything about EVs so he just chose a random number for the hourly rate. Otherwise the system is fine once it is up and running and you have created an account.

*edit* That actually may mean it pro-rates but I am not sure if it rounds by hour or 1/2hr once charging is started. I can only choose the option in hourly increments though.

Regardless, I'm not paying $1.70+ for a charge!
