3G Prius V AT vs Lexus HS250h?

I too was considering the Lexus 250h, but for me going back to lower MPG was not in the cards. I also did not like the look of the Lexus and I really like the look of the new Prius. One biggie for me and the wife was no hatch back we use the hatch a lot and sometimes on a trip we buy things that just would not fit in the Lexus but will go in the Prius hatch with the rear seats down.

Lastly the Lexus equipped the way I would want it priced out at $ 40,870 compared to my Prius IV with Solar roof at $ 30,350. $10, 520 more for less MPG and higher Lexus maintenance fees I think not. Oh and did I mention there is a 6 month or more wait on special orders for the 250h.
