39 MPG - Any ideas?

    Do you have historical maintenance records? Whatever hasn't been regularly serviced is probably a good start as a new owner. Better to take care of specific issues now rather than specific issue along with tangentially related issues later. Plus, you will have a good solid base understanding of your vehicle in serviced condition in these first few months.

    So...what history do you have?
