Taxpayer subsidized ? As it is, our food is inexpensive because we are vegenarians* and mostly eat at home, cooking from basic ingredients. No, it's not tax payer subsidized. Everyone and anyone can do this. It's the craziest thing I ran into. If I were homeless, I would scrape up $165 and never go hungry again (for the year).
