    Ah Yes.....I love it when she saves a vacation day and has to work while I drive...she clicks away on the keyboard, child reads and I sip coffee and drive.....in blissful silence.....:love:

    Awe, you guys are doing it wrong. Road trips are our best chance to talk with each other. Mostly, though, she reads or reaches snacks and drinks for me from the back, helps me navigate. My wife is the best copilot ever! I didn’t mind the solo trip; it was a good chance to think in solitude, but it wasn’t as nice as having her with me.

    And for the stats:
    1,071 miles in 18-1/2 hours. $49.94 for gas with almost 3/4 of a tank left. 4.5 cents/mile. Cheaper than most Bolt road trips but not as cheap as a Bolt trip on this route to to the availability of so many free charges.
