Not sure if anyone cares but Connected Services for the PRIME could be an issue. I thought when I purchased my 2020 all connected services would be available, NOT SO. Dealership and Toytota make it extremely challenging not communicating this in any of the most available literature. This will remain a sore point for this purchase.
