    Had that on my 2 and 3, no big deal, never was a big deal or created a problem.

    I would think the hybrid system is smart enough to know what to do when the power switch is pushed while the engine is still running. After all Toyota has been making hybrids for twenty years, so I would imagine that the engineers figured that part out a long time ago.

    i think fuel miser meant 'while it is still in the warmup stage'. that is the gen 3 problem.
