    they called today. had it for 8 days and said toyota wants them to remove the head liner and check for any damage in the console on the ceiling.
    they are ordering a new head liner and windshield, no estimated parts arrival or repair completion yet.

    rav4 gasser :( not very impressive to me, but i haven't driven any other suv's. our sons rav4H is nicer.
    they had nothing on the lot except trucks and suv's, and a bunch of bz4x.

    picked up the hycam today after 3 1/2 weeks. hopefully no more leaks, but they didn't even test it with a hose.
    they didn't was the vehicle, and left a big grease stain on the white pleather passenger seat, which mrs b was able to work her magic on.
    i forgot how smooth and quiet it is until driving a rav4, which was very unrefined imo. not nearly as nice as the rav4 hybrid.
    the lot was nearly empty of new vehicles. a handful of trucks, suv's and vans.
