I was in a position to see several Primes in different colors (blue, red, titanium, white, silver) at Toyota of Poway (CA) and I think the Silver looks good because the contrast with the extra black pieces on the front grill look nice.

I also think the silver or white look the best because of the front grill but beware the darker colors look better for the rear end, so it’s up to you to decide which is more important.

In the UK white is the best colour just because it is £795 cheaper than the others!

I bought the Titanium with Black interior. I've already had Red and Silver Prii and wanted something different. I checked out Titanium with both Black and Moonstone interiors and didn't like the way the white interior went with the Titanium exterior. It just didn't look like a good match in my eye so I went black instead.

Wow that's quite the price premium!

We don't get the flat white here. If you want white, it's the pearlescent white (Blizzard Pearl). Oddly enough, most of the Gen 4 Prii I've seen are in pearl white! (Even ours. We wanted silver but the white came first so we took it). Granted, our upcharge is a lot smaller than yours. Cdn$255 (~£155). Same charge for Hypersonic Red (Emotional Red). All other metallic colours are free. (or at least built into the price of the car).

I ended up with the Magnetic Gray Metallic with the black interior. I also got the black add-ons to cover the white sections in the dash and on the steering wheel. Looks much better! Got it on 1/1/17 and it was the only one on a lot near San Francisco. Bought it on the spot!

I think a lighter color shows dirt less but like the color in general although a little boring. :)

Would have liked a dark blue car but was not an option... The blue magnetism just wasn't dark enough for me.

Haven't bought my Prius Prime yet - I am shopping price right now - but I'm getting Blue Magnetism. I wasn't sure about it until I went and saw it in person on a sunny day (I know, hard to come by sunny days in Portland) and I couldn't stop looking at it. John1701a's photo of the car and the sunset and the tie-dye shirt really sealed the deal for Blue Magnetism.
I've had cars in every color except silver and black, and blue is really my favorite, second fave would be red, but the Prime red isn't crimson enough for me, I think the gold in the metal flake makes the red too orange-y for my taste. My current ride is an '07 Outback in "Willow" green and I can go years without washing it and it doesn't show dirt (or door dings.)

I'm with you about the Blue Magnetism. I've had white cars, gray, tan and dark red, but never a blue one. I never saw a blue color on a car that I liked, until I saw the Blue Magnetism Prime. The color just put a smile on my face, and still does, every time I see it. It's a great thing we have choices. To each one's own.

I think the next BIG technological breakthrough for cars should be an electronic control for color; there has to be a way to vary your color on the outside of the car. Imagine the possibilities!!

I can see it now, a car that lets others know you're in road rage mode... :) (That would actually be a good use for it!)

You mean, like a smart fortwo? When I was ordering mine, they couldn't find one in my colour but there was one in the spec that I wanted in a different colour, so the dealer swapped the panels and I got my car .

Toyota's way ahead of you :p

Toyota FV2 Concept is a single-seat mood ring for the road - Autoblog

The interaction between driver and vehicle is also displayed in an augmented reality screen on the windshield, and the car can also act as a mood ring of sorts with exterior colors and patterns that can change based on the driver's mood. We can just see it now: "Don't mess with Jim today, his car is red."

Sorry, but they're taking it WAY too far!!
I just want to be able to adjust my car's exterior color with an App; I don't want Intimate Relations with the thing, nor do I want everybody staring at my car and me 'cause the car color says I'm having a bad day!! Ridiculous!!

Nice pic @“Skylis A”. Odd but when my wife saw that color in person she really didn’t like it and I was like meh. The only 2 colors she was enamored with was the red and gray. The minute she saw those two colors in person, she was struck. Couldn’t find any in Titanium Glow just to see it in person. The Magnetic Grey in person combined with the Moonstone interior was the a deal closer for her (well that and we had to take delivery by Oct 2nd to get the $3,500 incentive). The Liberace white piano trim can be jarring at first- personally black with the blue trim to match the air vents would have been a better choice.

    Unsupervised!
