Sure wish I had waited until August/September for a much better price. (Or wait for a 2017 and get the safety sense package as standard equipment.) I have never seen a 2016 black "Darth Vader" on the road (yet).Plenty of white, grey, and 2 of the green pearl color.
Have you noticed a change in your mileage after removing your wheel caps? I like the look of the wheels much better.
No not really, i also just installed the factory roof racks today, going to see what the next fill up says on my fuelly app. iPad ?
Just recently bought a 2016 prius 3 without ATP Ended up paying 26,800 with financing included around 2.9% for 5 years. Was just wondering if I got a good deal? Or at the very least a fair deal. Did the deal through a car broker so I just wanted to know Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Personally, after the deal was signed - I wouldn't want to know. Better off just assuming you killed it!
Haha i totally know what you mean but Well one of my family members was looking to buy another car through the broker so just wanted anyones two cents. Do not be afraid to crush my marbles! I have some thick skin! Haha. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I wanted 2016 Four w/ AT and moonstone interior but ended up w/ 2017 same features for $27850. MSRP was $31774. I think I got good deal!!
If you dont mind me asking Did you pay $27850 for the cash price of the vehicle without financing? Or is that $27850 including financing and the total final price? Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I'll answer with what I got for the same (3 with no ATP) because I also don't care. I know others on this board got better deals than me. I bought from Servco Hawaii, which (from what everyone says) doesn't make deals and only sells for set advertised prices. They gave me a $700 discount unadvertised and not explained--was just on the contract. Car price was $25,970. Tax, fees, GAP insurance added $2,300, so total final price was $28,270. The "sale" was 0% APR for 6 years for a cap of $24,600, so I paid cash for the difference. So you got a better total price up front, but I got 0% for 6 years.
Hello, thanks for the honest answer! I really appreciate that. I think my deal was about average now that I have some more context. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I think in the end we all pay more towards our cars than we admit. The main thing is you enjoy it and don't feel like you got ripped off.
He gave me the amount before knowing how I was paying. I did put 11k down and finance rest w/ my own credit union. I ended up getting oil change pkg for $649, so I get synthetic oil changes 4x yr for life and then doc and DMV cost $388. No extended warranty, I'll find my own!!
That's pretty good. I got 2 years of "free servicing", but that only amounts to 4 oil changes and tire rotations based on maintenance schedule.
Hi all I am new and need some help negotiating price. Wanted to replace my Jetta TDI with Prius as we love the millage on our 2013 Prius C. So, our local dealers have 2016 Four with both Premium & Advance Package. And they also have Four Touring with no package. Any of you know the best price for them? I appreciate the help
They should be priced to sell. Take a test drive discuss technical and get up to leave. Let them make a second offer. Tell them you'll come back to look at a 2017. GOOD LUCK! Bob Wilson
I really wanted a black one, but stock on existing 2016 prii was running out in late Oct. Only colors I was interested in were Black, Blue and Red, in that order. Only black ones I could find were Two's, and I really wanted the Li battery in the ECO. Settled for a blue crush eco... in stock and A LOT less than a 2017 w/ safety sense. I see a black one parked every morning on my commute in, and question if I should have asked my dealer to locate a black eco for me... but I'm happy w/ the blue... last car was red, and the next one will probably be black. Yeah, they do look good, don't they... I checked the prices on the center caps, and decided to just stick with the wheel covers for now. Looks Great!
