Is the navigation system any good? Mine can't even find my own house (2012) And can the maps be upgraded other than with DVDs?

The navigation seems to be better and no DVD player is involved. I tested a couple of addresses and no problem. I only hope that this lowers the cost up map upgrades in the future.
The update "date" was the middle of 2015 for the car I picked up yesterday

Gen 2 was DVD under the seat

How does the "storm trooper white" trim look in person? It looks butt ugly in all of the photos but after watching reviews, most people say it isn't as bad as the photos represent.

So, did you get the 4 with ATP or the ATP with options package?

We need the #inches uneveness height gap in the back to invent a riser to make it level.

Almost there as well folks...fully loaded package 4 (PCP+ATP)...looks really nice IMO, but YOMV;).

The price paid was ~-550 (32986) off the official sticker price from the Toyota build site (which now seems to charge an extra 375 for the Supersonic Red). Also, they threw in the all weather floor mats, liners and cargo mat for free (will update), which was a nice touch.

I don't dislike it. Probably would have chosen something else given a choice - but I am not in the market to cover it up.

I am thinking about a wide flat "box" to raise the rear portion to match the folded seat height. That would allow me to re-capture some of the lost storage capacity. I would like to put it under the carpeted mat to disquise it from prying eyes.

Just got back from Longo Toyota near Los Angeles. They got about 5 in last night. All had black interior (I wanted to see what the Moonstone looked like) so that was disappointing. I really liked the way it drove and the radar cruise control. I'm not sure about the blind spot monitoring. I drove on I10 some and could never get anything to show me if there was a car there in my blind spot.

    More incentives to play games.

How quiet is it? Have you connected your phone for hands free yet? Road noise is always picked up on call in Gen 3. Is the improvement in ride quality as noticeable as the reviewers claim?

thanks! i'm thing 1 x 1 3/4" edges and ribs with 3/4 ply then carpeting. it's not much, but you could store some flat stuff like cables, towels, tools, blankets, food, and etc.

How does it handle in strong crosswinds? I hate the way the 2s and 3s get blown all over the road.

should be a lot better, with the lower profile and better suspension.
