Still 2K here in the midwest for a 16 according to my dealers web site. The incentives don't always change on the first of the month, it takes a few days. I know because I saw the incentive summary when I bought mine, and it was dated like the 5th or something.
When I looked on line last week Toyota was only showing $1k rebate. So you sure the other $3k was not a discount from the dealer?
Someone noted on the form that sales are slow #1. Gas prices are low ( Why Americans buy a prius when you can buy an overpriced gas guzzler like a truck ) #2. New Prius sales are slow they are piling on the dealer lot. 5K discount by June. It is ugly yes you know it.
Hi there, Do you have any suggestions on which dealers you are referring to in Northern California? We might want to pick up there since there's no more $2000 incentive for 2016 Prius here in WA.
1. Prius 2016 - The baby is Ugly and yes you know it 2. Gas prices steady but it is not creeping up. It will go up but people bought their trucks and SUVs because no one never thinks about the future 3. Also there is no more green tags in California for plugin cars it ended in 1/1/2017.
$1000 cash back on Prius Prime is a surprise, didn't think there were that many out there. BTW - No more limit on California Green Carpool Stickers.
I think it is possible. Let's wait and watch after 1/31/17. The $2500 cash rebate ends 1/31/17. If it goes up to $3500-4000 then I'm in for one. Even if its a fully loaded one then it will be worth it. But I'm really in a market for a 2016 Prius Two. I don't need all the bells and whistles. I've contacted 4 of my local SF Bay Area toyota and non of them have anymore 2016 Prius Two. They have a few or many 2016 Prius trip 3 and 4. The cheapest offer for a Prius 3 (2016) is $21,5xx for a brand new one. I'm hoping I can pick one up as low as $20k. sooner or later they'll give in. I'm in in rush to buy. My 2006 Prius w/ 102k miles runs strong. I just want a new toy. That's all.
