mine '14 it's the same as yours on '13 if you're looking for LED power, the pair of bulbs can be had for ~60$ at fleeBay BTW what year is your super Hawk?
Ah, looked like you bought the 15. My bad. I care not about led, just the significantly better looking housings and they're needed to run the bumper as headlight shape is different. It's a 98. Need it sold. Need all of my motorcycles sold.
why? cleaning garage for new bike? If I lived sandwiched btw Bay area and Tahoe I'd forgo car and be riding bike all the time. Darren.
Want to sell all for one new/newer bike. Superhawk is the absolute last comfortable bike I've ever ridden. It sounds glorious, handles well and is pretty fast but yeah. My 550 is nice but it's 40+ years old fun but not dd reliable. Ruckus was fun while it lasted, 110 was a waste of money impulse decision. Debating between two somewhat similar yet very different bikes. Cb1000r and Cb1100.
Does it have to be Honda? FZ07 and maybe FZ09 if you fit will not sway you? NC700X? V-strom? used FJR? C-14?
Hate honduh cars, love honda bikes. NC and vstrom don't resonate with me at all. The fz's are nice but eh. Really leaning cb1100 over the naked 1k. But still undecided. I am kind of interested in a new Indian scout. Fast little sportster esque cruiser.
Liter sport bikes are out for me (my vallet and license don't like them)... plus getting old need something comfortable enough to get on and ride into sunset, 4-800miles a day. Problem big displacement Hondas you don't get many miles out of tank, and as soon as you move out of populated areas range becomes problematic. No need to go to Nevada, few years back almost ran out of gas around Lassen.
Well the 1100 (about 75ish rwhp) is their retro with almost 200 mile range. The 1000 is a detuned last gen cbr motor so again decent mileage and nothing crazy power wise (around 108rwhp). Haven't read into range of it though. I ride and drive pretty slow nowadays so a lot of a bike for me is looks, comfort (I'm pretty easy to please as far as that goes though) and "cool" factor.
@cyclopathic & @mertechperformance , please take it to a private convo and let the thread go back on topic, thanks
Does anyone know if the 2015 model has any changes that would make it perform better in the small-overlap crash test?
The concept Prius c looked so incredibly cool: Baby Prius: The Smaller Prius C Concept (2011 Detroit Auto Show) : TreeHugger I don't think that the c is due for redesigning yet (maybe in 2-3 years), but I hope they'll revive this futuristic image somehow. A slight uptick in engine power won't hurt either.
Just picked mine up yesterday, traded my 2013 Moonglow for a 2015 Tangerine Splash. Fixed a lot of things I hated with the first one.
I have looked up Prius c market statistics on Wikipedia and it looks like the sales have dropped by 25-30% in 2014 comparing to 2013. The regular Prius sales statistics are even worse. I would predict Toyota would try to consolidate its hybrid range, most probably at the expense of the "c".
The interior has been changed. The tail lights have been redesigned and both head lights and taillights are now LED. Front end changed, you can now turn off traction control and it has reverse camera.... Just to name a few
Not all have reverse camera but yes. Also old taillights were led as well. And both have crappy incandescent backup lights and turn signals. I want to find the Trac switch and see if it clips in. I also want to buy the oem camera and of course the front end swap. But seeing as they've killed off superwhite that'll be an expensive journey so maybe not. Waiting for online parts houses to include 2015 parts into their inventory/ even an option to check parts fiche.mergedInterior is also a pretty minor change....
