2010 Prius Feb 10th Chicago

I am hoping someone could comment on the actual driver's seat height adjuster operation on the 2010 Prius.

Does this height adjuster cause the seat to go down and backward diagonally, or does it mostly tilt the back of the bottom down, leaving the front of the seat at the same height? I'm hoping for the former type mentioned.

I've been sitting in Mazda 3 - 5 doors lately whose height adjusters work very well like the ones in Honda cars. These height adjusters leave the seat bottom at the same tilt, but they cause the seat to go both down and backward diagonally which greatly transforms the seating position.

 

The back drops more than the front but the front goes down some.

Sounds as if it works like the Corolla / Matrix adjusters.
