nvm i think i know where that fuse box located, I think its inside the driver side above the first fuse box. I just used techstream to try to activate the blower motor and nothing happening so its the not monitor screen problem. next step is to check the relay if its good or not
so i pulled the HTR relay out and I check if theres voltage going to the relay and theres voltage so I can now confirm that theres voltage going to the relay. I checked the resistance and its like 172ohm and doesnt beep and I pulled another relay out in the car and check if its the samething and the result is the same 172 and no beep. I give it 12v if it clicks and its clicks so the relay is good.
so heres what i tested #1 relay is good and theres voltage going to the relay #2 the fan is good i put 12v to it and it spin so i think either the amplifier is broken or the blower motor battery side wires is broken because i am not getting 12v from the connector i only got like 3-5v. let me know what you think
found out that the fusible link is blown, I have to buy a used fusible link and change it and test again. Will update this when I change out the fusible link
Check by testing that the secondhand fusible is intact. We've had reports of people selling blown fusible links, yikes!
so i installed the used fusible link today now im getting 12v in the HTR relay. the black connector to to the blower motor controller is still 0v. do any1 know if the black wire is straightly connected to the relay or into the a/c amplifer? so right now the problem is somewhere from the relay to the black connector its not getting voltage.
oky heres the weird part. i took out the HTR relay cap which expose the wires and when I touched the 12v side with my voltmeter the blower motor works. now im wondering why when i touch the 12v side the blower works any1 can give me some idea on this? is the amplifer not giving it a signal? i added two pic where i put the voltmeter and the blower meter works.
so my coworker told me I should have 2 12v on the relay but I told him theres only 1 slot that have 12v and he say one of the slot on the relay is not getting power is that correct?
so the used ac amplifier came and i tried it still dont work. do you think my junction box is toasted? i am not getting voltage on relay pin #2 and i checked the 10a gauge it got power. so somewhere from 10a gauge to HTR pin #2 is not getting power
it would take a arm and a leg to find out what is wrong, if i take it to a shop and i used to work at a shop too. but anyways a used junction box is coming and will be updating if it works or not
UPDATE: changed out the whole fuse box/junction box inside the driver area now the blower motor works. For Future who had this problem What I did at the end I have to change out my Fusible Link (Mines was blown) in the engine compartment and change out the whole fuse box/junction box ( My Inner Circuit Broken) inside the driver area to make the blower motor work again.
