    Thanks Ron

I checked 12V Battery at the back and foundout that the Minus (earth) Cable hooked with the body is loose and not giving negative edge to the battery. Resulting the car got started on jump ran for 1 hour absolutely fine, but when I turned off the car and tried to start again. It had the same problem. Then I start the car again and run the Diagnostic Check on MFP. results on the Vehicle Signal Check were fine. Showing 14 V power and other parameters were fine as well.
Thanks once again for mentioning the problem and guide me accordingly.

    Cheers

    Hamid

    Hamid,

Please run the test at Weird stuff happening? MPGs dropping? Test The Battery | PriusChat after the car has sat MANY hours or overnight. If it's already in the state when it won't start and you haven't started it successfully, may as well do it now. Please tell us the 3 values (not just 1). Don't go changing the battery first until you tell us the values...

If you have HID's, to avoid excessive wear on the bulbs, instead of turning the head lights on, simply turn on the park lights to conduct the test.

From what you have said so far, it sounds like the 12 volt battery is not fully charged. Running the car for 1 hour will not recharge the battery sufficiently as the Prius does not have a alternator. The charging system only supplies 4 Amp/Hr. It takes several hours to fully recharge the battery if it is discharged.
