Check with Priuscamper, close to you. See if he has a loaner pack to install, and he can take your pack, check the modules do a grid charge. He knows his stuff and is quite reasonable.

Was able to get Dr. Prius to read module voltages again by wiggling the OBD2 adapter to the right position (must be a loose connection somewhere). Looks like module 13 is the low outlier now and module 7 (a strong replacement from last year) is high enough that the voltage difference can reach ~1.15V sometimes (seems more pronounced after just starting the car and/or letting it sit). Voltage difference evens out to 0.15V after driving the car a bit or at >60% SOC. The red triangle hasn't come back yet though; I suppose module 13 doesn't get out of sync consistently (yet) but it probably doesn't have much life left.

Curious if replacing module #13 and reconditioning would buy much more time than my whackamole replacement of #7 and #9 did last year; maybe a year or two, at most? From load tests last year #13 wasn't in bad shape, so I assume the others in my pack aren't far behind.

I replied to your private message...

The more methods you use to detect bad modules, the more likely you'll be successful...

It revolves around your budget, really. I've worked with people who live close by so there's not much distance to travel and after about the 3rd time of getting fed up with spending a few hundred or more on my module replacement efforts over several it makes more sense to buy new pack or rebuilt pack. GreenTec in Auburn has good rebuilt packs in $1200 range and if you want to upgrade performance of vehicle in mountain climbing and traffic, as well as boost performance of AC and how often the car runs in all electric mode than a project lithium pack for $2100 is the way to go. If you buy from my affiliate link I get a small commission and will repay the favor in future vehicle assistance: https://projectlithium.com/?ref=9qLPw

And if you want to go OEM, I've been calling Stealerships today and the ones in Portland area are $1945 but out of stock for couple weeks and ones in Seattle area are in stock but $2600 to $4500. One guy in Portland claims he's only seeing 5 available in parts warehouse in the United States, which is good news for Project Lithium that has it's next shipment coming out at the end of this month.

Was able to get the red triangle again. Block 13 was fluctuating voltage and throwing off the rest of the pack, so definitely at least one module needs replacing there. Hoping replacing that plus reconditioning can keep the car going another year or two.

Having a hard time sharing screenshots via from the mobile app, but testing in Dr. Prius showed voltage gap alternating between a 1.4V-1.8V (when block 13 dropped well below the rest of the pack) and 0.4V (when block 13 recovered and had a higher voltage than others).

Battery fan started to get loud after a while (white noise sound) even though temperatures in Dr. Prius were reading 74F. Hope my tests didn't cause damage; SoC in Dr. Prius actually reached "100%" at one point so the bad module might be getting overcharged. Car still driving fine even with red triangle active.

    See attached Dr. Prius screenshots:
