To be honest, I don't know what those values mean, and I never use them. I suspect they are some sort of power threshold. I wouldn't expect to see them at anything besides 20 unless an actual failure is present, the battery is overheated, very low SoC or some other malfunction that would make the car limit the charge/discharge power.

I use SoC, current, min/maxV, min/max Blk and all 14/19 block voltages. I glance at the IR numbers to see if they're out of whack.

Setup techstream to only record SoC, battery current, min/maxV and min/max blocks. Maybe include the block the 7.5V module is in too.

That's only 7 data points to collect, so it should poll them pretty quickly.

In a safe place, start at a dead stop between 55 and 65% SoC:
    1. Click record
    2. Floor it to 70 mph
    3. Release throttle.
    4. Firmly drag the brake to a complete stop. You want maxed regen w/o too much friction.
    5. Stop recording
    6. Save file
    7. File -> Export data to CSV file
    8. Zip CSV file
    9. Post CSV here

Thanks everyone for the help, but I ended up selling the car as-is. I looked at parts and the time I would have to put in and thought better of it. Thanks again for all the help, it has definitely been a great learning experience.
