2001 with no heat

    But when you start with the fan switch OFF and the car key OFF, then turn the car key ON (two clicks), then press the A/C button three times, then turn the fan switch from OFF to AUTO, you're saying no lights blink?

    Affirmative. I have repeated the procedure 3x, no lights. really strange.
    Yrs ago, I had a result. THE LEDs blinked: the A/C needed service.
    It must be a very rare problem though, as nobody else seems to know about it.
