    that'ds just so you won't drive away when it's plugged in. shouldn't be hard to find a work around

    Like putting voltage manually with a cabel on the relays that open and closes the circuit?

    that might do it. there is a protocol (handshake) the evse and car go through when you plug in, it might be available online, idk.
