    Thanks for the update Chap.
Sometimes the scangauge is so much better than hooking up through Techstream.

Delta SOC is a reading that would be interesting to find for programming into Scangauge.
Is it in the list and I just missed it?

I see it in the XML file at sourceforge - apparently parameter #bc in the battery ECU. The short label suggested for ScanGauge is dSC.

Speaking of Delta SOC, anybody want to take a stab at what it actually means?

It's mentioned twice in the old hybrid course sections from autoshop101.

Section 3 (High-Voltage Battery) mentions it on page 5, with a graph showing SoC being controlled in a range covering 20% around the target 60%, and seems to imply that this variation is what Delta SOC measures.

Section 5 (HV Battery Control Systems, Hybrid15.pdf) on page 3 has a similar definition, but adds the words "from one module to the next across the battery group."

Which invites the guessing game ... between the people who wrote section 3 and the people who wrote section 5, who was closer to right about what the ECU's "Delta SOC" parameter means?

I remember it as a fixed value returned from the controller. I never found a way to change it but remember it as the +/- value around 60%. But without a way to change it, this remains speculation.
