0-180km/h - how fast is the Prius compared to similar cars?

I was driving this weekend to/from Stuttgart from Munich. There is a stretch of Autobahn with 3-lanes with no speed limit and no road works - brand new and totally flat tarmac, pure pleasure.
There I put the Prius to work. I simply floored it for about 15 mins in a row. Max speed is 195km/h displayed, 181-2km/h real as per GPS. The ICE will rev up to max revs up to about 190km/h then it slows down a bit while cruising at constant 195km/h. If you loose speed, the ICE will rev up again. I never noticed that before. But it is a good feeling because, as stupid as it may sound, it gives the idea that the car is in control.
I even set cruise control at 190km/h for fun for a short while... :)

Stability is very good with 17" rims and 215/45 tires.

The fuel consumption shows simply 10L/100km - but it could be higher. I drove once an Auris Hybird to top speed and if I remember correctly the instantaneous fuel consumption at max speed was 14L/100km.

With all the road works where the speed limit is 80/100 or 120km/h on my return trip from Suttgart (about 200km) yielded a fuel consumption of 7.3L/100km (add 6.5% error), average speed of 100km/h and about 15-20mins of 195km/h constant. Anywhere I could "run", I did it.

Nope, I did not measure the 0-195km/h - I could not... next time maybe.
But I can tell you the Prius performs quite well at those speed.

BTW: in Germany although there is no speed limit, the advised speed limit is 120km/h. As soon as you are driving above it, if involved in a car accident of any kind, you are considered liable even if you are not the cause of the accident itself. The average speed on 3-lane highways is typically (right to left lane, respectively) 80-110, 120-140, 150-170....with the occasional 200+km/h Porsche, Golf GTI, etc. and the occasional Prius at 180km/h... :)
With heavy traffic, or cautious drivers overtaking trucks (especially on 2-lane highway) there is no way one can really "floor" any car. If somebody is overtaking at 120km/h, you are not allowed at all by law to flash, honk, etc. to ask for right of way (even if you are allowed to drive as fast as you can), which means at the end the average speed on the left-most lane is 120-140km/h...and very stressful because you cannot really drive at constant speed. Also, recently I noticed that people tend to occupy the left lane, even when the right one is empty to allow faster cars to overtake...

I believe the Volt's top speed is 100 or 101 mph.

The fastest speed I have ever been in a car was 105 mph (Tesla) so I'm personally fine with a limit of 100.

Very smooth. Zero road noise and only a little wind noise at the highest speeds. But, this was a Model S with air suspension.

I've only been up to 80 or so in a Roadster and that was only on city streets.... I was too busy laughing nervously to pay much attention to the other aspects of ride quality.

It's probably better not to say....

Just to be clear, I was in the passenger seat. I'm a fairly conservative (boring) driver and rarely exceed speed limits.
