I don't know anything about the BlueConnect but I have the package #5 and use the bluetooth extensively. It's a great help and works great, too.
And they're all the same price as a brand spanking new one, if they have the HOV lane stickers. :)
I'm in the very edge of Long Beach, just a few miles from OC. :-s
