That was the extent of what I was told. That there was a carbon buildup and that to remove it would be $199. I declined the fix.

Brand new Prime. They have 10 on their lot. Both 2017 and 2018 with no haggle prices.
No rebate. I got the 1.9% financing though and the dealer took a bit more than 2k off MSRP. Matched a deal that I found from CarMax in Laurel, MD.
